From netmusiccountdown:
When you're as big as Coldplay you can bring your friends on tour with you.
And that's just what the NMC eCharting artists are doing when they hit North America later this year. They'll bring along label mates Music along for the ride.
Music's self-titled debut is due on February 25. Coldplay frontman Chris Martin says he hopes Music can make the transition into headliners just like Coldplay did. "Of course, I think wow, you know, we went from playing in a matchbox to playing in this big festival, you know, but that's because we really believe we can do something special, so it's a mixture of real surprise and real arrogance," Martin said.
The following are Coldplay dates, subject to change, with the Music opening:
February 24 - Ottawa, Canada - Corel Center
February 25 - Montreal, Canada - Bell Centre
February 27 - Wallingford, CT - Oakdale Theater
February 28 - Camden, NJ - Tweeter Center
March 2 - Pittsburgh, PA - Palumbo Theatre
March 3 - Detroit, MI - Fox Theater
March 4 - Indianapolis, IN - Murat Theatre
March 6 - Norcross, GA - Gwinnett Civic
March 7 - Nashville, TN - Ryman Auditorium
March 9 - Columbus, OH - Promowest Pavilion
March 10 - Louisville, KY - Palace Theatre
March 12 - Milwaukee, WI - Eagles Ballroom
March 13 - Minneapolis, MN - Target Center
