I'm not so sure. Xyloto sounds right but it doesn't sound like he says Mylo....

I don't hear it. But some of the syllables sound similar to the album title.
Unless, it's his accent.

I hear "Jesus had children".

I hear it, but it's pronounced differently than I had imagined. I hear "MY-lo xy-LO-to".
Edit: Actually this leads me to conclude that he is in fact not saying "Mylo Xyloto". The band confirmed in handwriting on the front page of the official Coldplay website that it is pronounced thusly:
"MY-lo ZY-letoe".

Okay. I'm going to try to spell it phonetically for my own clarification. I'm confused.
MY-Low Zie-lah-toe
or
MY-Low Zie-luh-toe
?

I thought it would be
MY-Low-Zie-Loh-Toe??
But from the phonetics Chris gave on the site then I would pronounce it
MY-Low-Zie-Luh-Toe
I'm not sure :/
Can't work out if '-letoe' should be pronounced as 'lee-toe' with the long 'e'
Or 'luh-toe' with the short 'e'
Anyone clarify??

It's definitely not the second one.
Sooo confusing! I just need him to say it himself in a calm, non-yelling environment.

Sorry! I think I edited my post after you quoted!
I think it is 'luh-toe' then.
LOL yeah I agree! Can't wait for some new interviews with them and only then will we know for sure how it's meant to be said!
