I Pre-ordered the digital release of ETIAW EP and I can't download it. HELP!?

Is it happening to anyone else?
I logged on to iTunes and nothings been downloaded, when I check my preorders it says that its expected the 26th (which is today!) and when I check for available downloads it says everything I've purchased has been downloaded... but it hasn't :(

Any help is much appreciated!

Cancel the pre-order and then go buy it. If memory serves me correctly you aren't charged until the pre-order physically starts downloading.

I checked my balance and I have been charged the £1.49, I'm not about to pay for it twice am I?
