I know its a bit amateur but nexttime ill make sure it goes well i just done this in a span o f15 mins so hpefully you get my interpretation

One could say that Major Minus is a Major, as in the rank of a commissioned officer in the military, whose last name is Minus. And the rest is up for interpretation. I'd say he's a little bit paranoid though.
