I don't think so. I think it was just a tour thing.

If I remember correctly the Oracle confirmed it wasn't going to be on this Album. I second what the person above me said about it being a Viva era song. It wouldn't feel right with the new songs because it doesn't sound like them at all.

Oracle was pretty definite. I believe the words 'not a chance' appeared in the answer.

Hurts Like Heaven contains some ideas from the song.

for the new album my expectations are higher than this beautiful live song.. personally i say no.. if the masterpiece Major Minus apparently isnt in the album i think for DC they'll have no doubt about it..

Agreed. I remember someone on YouTube mentioning that it sounded a lot like 'Dancing In The Dark' so maybe it was a tribute song of sorts?

As far as I know, I don't think any Viva-era songs (Don Quixote, Famous Old Painters, Lukas, The Dubliners, etc) will be seen in the LP5 era

Well, as good as the song is, it's pretty much a rip-off of Bruce Springsteen's "Dancing in the Dark" so i'd rather not see it in the new album.

On unrelated note, "The Dubliners" is AWESOME! I love when they played it in this video, it gave me the urge to dance. :P

They've got a lot of great unreleased songs on Viva era, i wish they would have finished these songs and would have included some of them on Prospekt's March EP, oh well.

Hurts Like Heaven still has some tiny bits of the Dancing In The Dark melody.

the only old song played i and i always hope to hear studio cause i care about it since x&y is 'A View From The Top'.. its melody is unique and sounds great .. that song would be surely a potential hit and they've hidden it til now.. for me it was a pity.. i'm still hoping for a release.. maybe one day i'll write to the Oracle..
