Design a banner for the awards

Can someone design a lovely banner for the awards. The winning banner will feature in my signature for promotion and also get used hopefully by Ian when he plugs the awards on the main site.

If I set a deadline of next Friday (24th), and if there is more than 1 submitted, there can be a little vote over the weekend to pick the winner :)

I guess it is 500 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller), which are the signature limits.
