I was curious to see if Muse were on tour because I really would love to see them live, so I checked some dates for this year, and :bigcry: what do you know. They already came and went. Not only that but THEY WERE HERE AT MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY in APRIL! at the breslin center, a pretty good place to see a band! :(
Sorry to pitch a fit, but man, who knows when they will come again....?
(this has happened back when I really got into Coldplay also. Except I was missed them by about a month. They were at the Fox Theater in Detroit and that is the best place ever )

Ok, I have a new question: what are the best songs to hear Chris sing on?

So far I've found that he's very audible on Escape, but most of the time he's overpowered by Matt (ie. Stockholm Syndrome, Butterflies and Hurricanes, et al.)

Yeah he sings backing on most of the showbiz tracks and can be heard clearly. Escape. overdue and sober are probably the ones where he can be heard more oh but if you have live versions of tsp, that's where you'll hear him the most :cool:

totally agree... but here's my take it on it.. They are marketing for the US markets... and they'll put the more 'radio friendly' tracks on before they put Citizen Erased or Dark Shines or something.. sucks really.... but I'll still buy it.... :)

I had never listened to Muse until two weeks ago.. but man these guys are incredibly brilliant! I cannot believe I've just now "discovered" them! On Sunday I bought Absolution, Origin of Symmetry and Showbiz, and I would've bought more stuff but the store didn't have anything else. I like Absolution the best so far.. but all three are amazing, amazing. At first I thought they sounded like Radiohead, but now that I've listened to their albums nonstop I can definitely tell the difference. Muse are SO much more intense and fierce and haunting. I can't get enough!

Few questions for anyone in the know.. do they have any more albums then the 3 I already have? Do they have any new material/album in the works? Are they touring?! I see an Coldplay-esque obsession starting.. :lol:
