Is Coldplay coming to Toronto??

Hello all you lovely people..i was reading posts on the other board...and i read this guy say that Coldplay was coming to Toronto..is that true? Hopefully Sarah or anyone else from the T.O. will know about this..anyways, i was just wondering... :shrug: :roll:

Laura, I've been following this situation very closely and this is the jist of it.
OK, there are some people on the official board who swear that they have talked to people from Edge 102 and they say that their will be a show. However, a show has not been announced, and the only time when there could be a show would be the day before Ottawa or the day after Montreal. Both of those days are free on their schedule. But still no announcement.
ALSO, Jesslovescoldplay from the board who won the dinner with Coldplay contest has said that the promotions department at muchmusic is telling her that they are having scheduling problems and that she might not be able to have the dinner until March. Originally they told her February, and the dinner is in Toronto, so we assumed if they are already going to be in TO for the dinner then there might be a show. But now if they say March, maybe they'll be a show in March.
The first rumour I had heard was that Coldplay were gonna do a show at Molson Amphiteatre in April or May, but they are touring elsewhere.
All I know is that they are definitely coming to Toronto sometime this year, but I dunno when.
I will keep you posted!

Laura I am not kidding about going to the Ottawa show!

And I read at the offical board from a person who I've talked to before and trust has said that Coldplay are going to do a show at Molson Amphitheatre in May and she has some sort of connections to EMI which is how she knows.
And I believe that because I have been hearing rumours from many other people about them doing a show in the Spring at Molson so I am very confident that this news is true, which is GREAT news. Even though it's many months away. And it's a decent venue, holds more than the theatre at the ACC.

The exchange rate it like 50%, so like 1 dollar American equals about $1.50 CAN. So $2 American is $3 American. So all of you Americans should come to visit Canada because it's really really cheap for you.

There is a shitty place to ski about 10 minutes from where I live, but if you want to go to the good places to ski it's about 2 hours North of where I live. But if you want really good skiing in Canada go to either Banff, Alberta or Whistler, British Colombia.

That's usually how it works..they never have more than 2 seats together that are in a good spot.... :shrug:
