it's Postcards day!

"Good afternoon. Just before Christmas, the fine folks at Coldplay fansite Coldplaying.com came up with the terrific idea of sending the band postcards from across the world. Hundreds of fans did just that. Below is Roadie #42's film of the band reading them at The Bakery a couple of weeks ago (soundtracked, of course, by the song which inspired the project, Postcards From Far Away)."

I remember the first day, talking with some people about this I came online every 5 minutes to check new posts, loooots of new posts all the time, I had to check from home, from school :dizzy: it was awesome

They are all safely stored at their Bakery HQ; photos were taken to preserve their memory too.

A year already?!! :stunned: Time flies! I've got the impression that it was yesterday that we were waiting for Debs news talking non sense about jaffa cakes :lol: This project was so much fun, I'm glad I participated. :)

Awwww, Postcards Day! :wacky:. I'll never forget squeeing my pants off at the video in my uni's library on a borrowed laptop. It still kinda blows my mind when I think about it.

God, that project became my number-one priority those days...I put organizing it over my schoolwork :P. It was worth it, though! :D

I need to get back in the board...my life is so insane these days, but it's things like this which remind me how much this place was my home for so many years and how much I love it! :heart:

I had just arrived in London for the War Child gig and my friend had to finish some work.
So I sat down next to her, went online... and found the video!! :wacky:
