Good afternoon. For its latest fundraising campaign, the Keech Hospice in Herts, England chose a butterfly theme and asked famous folks to contribute. Coldplay have thus donated four of the confetti butterflies from the Viva La Vida world tour, signed by each member of the band. This unique piece of memorabilia has been framed and is now being auctioned via eBay. Click here (http://bit.ly/CPbflies) if you would like to bid (the auction closes on 29th March). Thank you.

Wow, nearing £600 already, with 6 days left. If this goes for more than Chris' piano did in the Clearout Sale (£2500), I will hurl.

Wow, they're ahead of all the others artists' butterflies by miles. They put in the least effort and make the most money, go figure.

(I'm sure there's an NMEesque jibe in there somewhere)

I know this sounds picky, but I think the yellow one should be one of the middle two instead of on the bottom. It would look better, be more aesthetically pleasing, yadda yadda. But that's just my opinion.

But that's just my opinion.Plus they didn't even sign their "signature" colors. Chris should have signed blue, Will- Purple, Jonny- green and Guy- red. They don't know much about Coldplay do they! :P

Jonny's sign is so small...
I had the chance to get the signs in my butterflies... Btw, I'm so happy with the signs in my singles.

No I agree, I think they could've put more effot into than just signing their names.

That being said, it's already up to £700, far more than any others so I guess that's all that matters.

Uhm.. I think my definition of painting is a bit different from that .

If they had done a proper painting it would surely raise more money.
I'm glad it's for charity though :nice:

I love the butterfly confetti! It's beautiful.

I was surprised at the news as it was almost the same time as when I finished making a mobile with the confetti.
