Nominations for the board awards are now open. Below are a list of the categories and the link to PM them to. Our resident awards bot (Butch) will handle the nominations as they come in so please pay him some respect and say hello when you nominate.

There will also be an Admin's Choice Award which will be announced on the day.
There will be no polls this year to eliminate multiple voting with different screennames. This will add suspense to the awards night next month!
Submissions to Butch will be monitored by IP and email addresses.
Awards will be announced on Sunday 21st December at 8pm GMT.

a nominee list would be cool, like a top 4 or something, listed in random order, so no one knows who's in the lead. It could be like an award ceremony.

yeah, it would be a tough thing to do... What we did when I was in school, was when the voting period was over, we pulled up a shortlist nominee list and voted for one of those people until the ceremony started. Plus, when the list is narrowed down to a few names, voting would be a lot easier for people who cant decide, as well as for the new members who arent aquainted with everyone yet.
