Hey peoples!!! For all those who didn't get to see Coldplay last night on Leno, I promised that i would come on here and tell everyone what happened..

Firstly, they played "In My Place", which was pretty obvious. Honestly, the guys looked really tired (except Guy), but i guess that's what happens when you're on tour. Chris was wearing another fair trade t-shirt (man, the guy must have hundreds!) and there were moments of "madness" (i.e. Thom Yorke performance demeanour) and he also did some weird dance when the camera was panning away from him. It was funny!!!!

Anyways, the performance was okay, frankly, i'd seen better, but they were still awesome, basically cause they're Coldplay!!!! They didn't have an interview, but the guys looked really happy to meet Claire Danes and Robin Williams.

Alrighty, i think that's detailed enough....

Thank you!!! Sounded like a good performace to me - any Thow-Yorke-Esque dancing always does it for me

thankyou! i really don't want them to get too tired and jaded in the next 4 weeks. (this time in a month! ) but i'm sure they'd still pull it off even if they were. chris's dancing really makes me laugh - in a mix of hysteria and laughing at that i spent the whole of the lpool coldplay gig in fits of giggles - i think the people standing by me thought i was a bit crazy (the blue dye didn't help).

I noticed that Chris did look tired, but that's to be expected. Being in one of the best bands in the world takes a lot out of a person, no?

It was a good performance; I got all excited. I need to watch it again soon.

Man, Robin Williams. *shakes head* I watched him with the mute button on. geez.

muted? why what was he doin - singing? :D

he very well could have been singing, but from what I saw he was acting like a rabbit, jumping out of his chair, etc. I think he tries too hard to be funny and he just never settles down. I couldn't stand it. I was like, "give me some Coldplay!"

he can get a bit like that I agree... although he does apparently pull off acting a very dark scary character in Imsomnia - I just can't see it myself which is why I haven't seen it yet

yeah, they showed a clip from his new movie 'one hour photo' in which he plays another psycho. It looks really good and he probably did a fanstastic job in that film.

Insomnia was ok; his character was different from his usual, but nothing too amazing. This next one though is supposed to be really un-Robin like. I want to see it.

I know this is old, but was it just me or did Chris seem to be drooling over Clare? Everytime Chris does his dance backwards I get nerveous just thinking "he's gonna trip and fall" :D
