Oh my god - what an excellent name! We have a teacher called miss Tickle, which I thought was good, and Catherine's got an uncle called Willy Crilly, which is even better (and she used to have an aunty called Theresa Green - how lucky can one girl be), but i think Adam Dicker surpasses all of them.

I know - i laughed for days when i heard it. To think that he had the chance to be called plain old William Crilly, or Will Crilly, or even Billy Crilly - but he chose to be called Willy Crilly - a man with a sense of humour, now that's what i like to see.

a man who is happy to live with conjuring quality stand-up comedic lines with every mention of his name definitely has my respect

:D :)  had to post something - if in doubt, say it with a smilie.

that third and last smilie is most definitely an Englishman - he has quality control of his stiff upper lip! he is sure to have a quality tash in his l8r years
or am i looking too much into the later life of an indefensible smilie? :(
dave's girl

i wouldn't pin too much on a smilie - the pressure might get to him. we wouldn't want to make him an unsmilie now, would we?
Hicksy
13-09-2002, 09:10 PM
that is very true - as responsible and proper parents we should support and nurture that young smilie, not question the likelihood of him developing facial hair :?

I think you should ask Jenz about cool words next time she frequents the board because I sent her some books about American/English phrase translations and also a "Lankyshire" phrase book - language used only up 'ere in th'north

my cousin, who lives somewhere by stockport, is obsessed with the "lern yerself scouse" books, but every time i read something out of them i just sound russian. i bought her one to help her with her awful scouse impressions but they're still as bad as ever.
