I personally think that he doesn't really care that much about this award and wouldn't waste his time creating accounts to vote for himself but i'd like to know why you guys are so sure he did it because not even us mods know all the details about the vote counting.

I just want to know why some members are spreading those rumours because by saying and assuring that nathan has been voting for himself using other accounts, you're questioning Dave's ability to run the awards and i think he'd notice who's been cheating anyway. We don't want people to accuse of cheating and fixing the awards when the winners are announced.

organizer said already (looks like some people care about grammar but not about the message itself, posted here), someone was tricky and used double accounts (off course those votes were not counted), but that was not the person accused by howyousawtheworld, and i won't say who was, but was not the one you are saying.

we are doing the counts well, as in democracy, and winner will be the most voted, and as in democracy we ensure the votes are right (that is people is not tricky), and off course we won't say who has voted for who or whatever, in democracies votes are secret.

you guys must be really bored coming with stuff like that with no proofs at all and now pretending that you said nothing, and that shows a lot of lack of respect towards the organizers, and the awards themselves.

organizer said already (looks like some people care about grammar but not about the message itself, posted here), someone was tricky and used double accounts (off course those votes were not counted), but that was not the person accused by howyousawtheworld, and i won't say who was, but was not the one you are saying.

we are doing the counts well, as in democracy, and winner will be the most voted, and as in democracy we ensure the votes are right (that is people is not tricky), and off course we won't say who has voted for who or whatever, in democracies votes are secret.

It isn't really OK to totally "ignore" people for no reason, without even bothering to give them an explanation, either.;)

Anyway, as I said, if you don't want to be "mocked", don't be rude to them in the first place, and everything will be fine.:D

A lot of this stuff could be sorted out in private, anyway, but it never seems to be, for some reason.

are you counting the votes?
are you one of the two organizers?

Anyway, joking or implying that someone might have attempted to abuse the system in no way suggests that they had succeeded in any shape or form, so I don't see why people were getting so hysterical about it in the first place.
The great thing is that the integrity of the oganisers is beyond question, and everyone can be safe in the knowledge that nothing untoward will have happened.:cool:
