Hello, I'm from Switzerland and i have ordered tickets for the Coldplay-Show on Saturday in Wembley. But the tickets didn't come yet. What should i do??

I'm not sure of your situation, but I'd call the ticket suppliers and if the tickets aren't going to arrive in time, cancel them and pick them up at the box office on the day.
