Who said. aboot, eh?
Actually when I'm on campus, everyone drinks Moosehead instead of Molson Canadian or Labatt Blue.... I prefer a good cold import like a Heineken.....

one of my roommates bought a few bottles of this long island iced tea product that was the most disgusting thing any of us had ever tasted... blech. if you'd had any of this stuff, beer would have been heaven on earth. :P

We may not say "aboot" but I know I say "eh" ALL the time. :D
LifeIs4Living
02-10-2003, 05:08 AM
yeah, i think a lot of people say eh, even some americans i talk to say eh, its just that we get the blame for it, but eh is great, i say it too
el_scorcho
02-10-2003, 05:09 AM
"Eh" has a nicer ring to it than "huh" I think. ;)
LifeIs4Living
02-10-2003, 05:11 AM
i think the same thing! "Huh" sorta sounds like you didn't get what the person was talking about, its odd
Professor Peedston
02-10-2003, 05:11 AM
yes, of all the utterly pointless syllables available, "eh" is certainly the best. :P

 I think only the resident Canadians really got the title...there's a fantastic commercial for beer in Canada where this guy stands up on a stage and says "My name is Joe and I AM CANADIAN" and he starts going on about stereotypes and it's funny. :P

What part of Canada are you from Amanda?
