As much as I love U2's Under A Blood Red Sky, I can't look beyond Coldplay Live 2003. It is so good, it makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. A truly magical DVD. A truly beautiful concert to watch.
Definitely HAARP by Muse, hands down.

Pink Floyd's PULSE at Earl's Court is ridiculously epic.
YouTube - Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb Pulse 1994 (Live)
I also really like U2's Rattle & Hum DVD, although it might not count since it wasn't all shot in the same place.
