This show is one of my favourites, Office first then Big Bang Theory. Its so funny basically because of the over your head comments about science and all that, and of course I enjoy looking at Penny.

I was talking about this show to my brother who also watches it and he's studying physics at university. He said that they actually have discussions like the ones the characters have on the show and that one of his mates acts just like Sheldon. He also said that, whereas we laugh at the characters appalling social skills, they laugh at the actual physics jokes! :lol:

I don't know if this has been discussed before but is anyone else annoyed as hell by leonard? I like jonny galecki, but leonard is just so annoying and whinny and i can't even stand it! i do however annoy the other three (especially sheldon) <3 <3

Sheldon is amazing - i love the Will Wheaton feud - it's just so absurd and always cracks me up!

This episode was kind of a bummer though - Penny & Leonard (I almost just wrote Penny & Desmond (from Lost) hahah) would never work in real life. Leonard needs to man up! ;-) Will Wheaton was totally diabolical though and did break them up just to win the bowling league, dontcha think?

Enjoying it so far! I'm glad Leonard and Penny broke up because Leonard's behaviour really started to bug me.

I think one of my favourite episodes is the one mid season three where Sheldon is trying to find a solution to a physics problem by getting (or trying to get) a really simple and boring job. :wacky: This is hilarious:

But his name even rhymes with Sheldon, and he dresses the same!!
