Woot!! finally ticketmaster.ca was able to process my order. I kept getting ALL sorts of weird errors for over 25 minutes. well I couldnt get decent seats seated next to eachother unless I wanted to be behind the stage... Id have been fine with that, as they were row 9 but i didnt think my bf wanted to stare at manass all night. So, Ive got what I think will be a very very decent ticket for section 106, row 6!! Cant wait!!!

We ended up getting a pair of tickets for row 30 on Saturday and SECTION 104 ROW 19 ON SUNDAY!!!!
We're so excited because when we went to their X&Y Tour 3 years ago we were in section 308 and I remember looking down at sec 104/105 and said to my boyfriend what I wouldn't give to be sitting there right now! And now this time we actually got SECTION 104!!
So Flipping EXCITED!

Im close far end Section 106. I just got on there right at 10. For the bad seats I got on Saturday, I feel like Ive earned these seats!
I just checked back on the Saturday show too. Pre-sale killed us. I got a lot of lower bowl seats. And a row 24 FLR.
Whatever is what I say. We're all going to see Coldplay! After a year of no real dates, we finally get what we deserve.
Anyone go to Pemberton last year?
Shaftell
14-03-2009, 05:54 PM
Yeah, I made the mistake of looking for floor seats for the first show right away at 10.
That killed like 15 minutes for us. We had no other choice but to go with these seats :P
It doesn't matter where you're sitting, you still get to see Coldplay! :D
I went to Pemberton last year but I didn't have too much fun. Not a big fan of festivals plus we couldn't really see much.

I went too. Only for the Sunday, and I had to work that weekend too. Drove sunday morning after work and no sleep in two days. Sat in traffic, faught crowds. Got thirsty, angry happy mad, dust in my lungs.
It was worth it all just for Politik. This will be way better!
Also anyone in section 109-112, you may still have a front row seat.

but im worried cause it says behind stage :s

Yeah, they do a few songs on that side of the stage right?
Is 103 good? It's like behind the stage but it was the only thing we could get
I'm behind stage as well. But atleast I get a 24/7 view of Guy Berryman :D

Malcolm-Edge
14-03-2009, 06:17 PM
Side view isnt bad at all. I was side view for Foo Fighters. Afterwards, go down and hound the Rodies for Setlists and other swag!
Yeah they'll go to a b-stage for piano solo, then an acoustic c-stage that can be anywhere. Usually between section 108-115

I'm playing a very evil game with myself right now... it's called "lets see if any better seats are available now even though theres no way to give up the ones I already purchased."
Now youve said that 106 is near the b-stage so thats awesome and Im super excited if thats true. But now Im coming up with row 11 in 119! ACK sitting there would be amazing too!!
I was also offered a bunch of pairs on the side... and theres still seats together in 103 available! Im thinking maybe I should have taken them now that Im seeing the pictures!! I was just worried that the view would be horrible and thered be no view of the screens. ack, silly me rushing to get tickets when its almost easier to wait a few hours and be able to see what people have given up after the mad rush at 10am.
>_>
Id better not keep playing this game though or else Im gonna end up with 5 tickets for both shows and will have to struggle to sell the ones I dont end up wanting along with the ones Im now selling for Portland...
Krystyna
14-03-2009, 07:52 PM
Ill see you there! Im section 106 row 4! Just so you know, I think we are very close to the B-stage, the acoustic piano one that is!

I dont remember GM place being so huge, but how many seats are there per row in the sections? Im seat 1, but youre 100 something? :stunned: I wish there was a more detailed seating chart so I could understand better where Im sitting.
Shaftell
14-03-2009, 08:03 PM
Haha, Krystyna! I'm trying not to go back to ticketmaster and see what tickets they have left.
Seeing a seat better than mine will tempt me to buy more tickets :P
Krystyna
14-03-2009, 08:16 PM
Its an evil game for sure and I dont recommend it... it takes all the excitement out of actually getting to see Coldplay finally! I should just focus on that...not what seats I wont end up sitting in haha. Unfortunately this is a game Im addicted to. Somewhere in the back of my head I keep imaging that first row floor seats magically become available, I nab them and am able to resell my ticket to someone. >_>

Tickets to see Coldplay's much-anticipated Vancouver shows were not impossible to buy online this morning. You just might be sitting alone.
Despite concerns that the tickets could sell out in minutes, snagged by online hackers, a Vancouver Sun reporter was able to get single tickets to the June 20 and 21 show within minutes of online availability at 10 am.
Although multiple tickets were more difficult to find, at 10:15 it was still possible to reserve at least two seats for the June 21 show.
The Vancouver Sun reported today that hackers are able to program a computer to circumvent Ticketmaster's website security and automatically buy tickets.
There are concerns many tickets are not being sold to real fans, but rather to scalpers who post them to on-line ticket auctions. Just before 10 am, there were 163 tickets available at TicketsNow for Coldplay's Vancouver show, ranging in price from $106 to $1284 each. Within 15 minutes of the tickets going on sale on Ticketmaster.com, 40 additional tickets were posted to TicketsNow.

Software gets past Ticketmaster security, making it difficult for ordinary buyers to get through
If you're hoping to score tickets to Coldplay's Vancouver concerts when they go on sale Saturday, you could find yourself up against computer hackers who can order up hundreds and even thousands of tickets in the time it would take you to punch in a single order.
Scalpers looking to jump the online queue can program a computer to circumvent Ticketmaster's website security and automatically order tickets at speeds far beyond ones the ordinary buyer could hope to match.
But even if the hackers don't get there before you, regular ticket buyers could flood the online ordering site in such numbers that all the tickets could be sold out in minutes, or even in less than a minute depending on how tickets are being released.
"Maybe it takes you a minute and a half to click through to buy a ticket, in that minute and a half the hacker could have made 100,000 ticket requests," said Ryan Purita, a forensic examiner and security specialist with Sherlock Forensics. "You cannot beat a hacker script.
"Nobody can type that fast and that's where the advantage comes from."
Despite the ticket giant's success in getting an injunction against a U.S. company, RMG Technologies, that was selling software to automate ticket purchases through the Ticketmaster site, Purita said the practice is still wide open to any hacker who wants to follow instructions freely available online.
"You get rid of one company, so what?" he said. "It doesn't mean the scripts don't exist.
"It doesn't mean anyone with a few hours to burn won't be able to do it.
While Ticketmaster says it is in a constant "cat and mouse" game trying to keep one step ahead of hackers, chief technology officer Brian Pike said ticket buyers for the June 20 and 21 Coldplay concerts are more likely to find themselves competing against other fans than against a bot (a robot computer) operated by a hacker.
"I would like to think there are no bots there, but I know a few get through," he said. "If Coldplay is coming to Vancouver and there are 5,000 or 10,000 people hopping on the website to get tickets, they are outweighing anything the bot might try to do."
The effect might be the same for wannabe concert-goers who could find all the tickets sold within minutes, if not seconds of the online sales opening.
"When it is put on sale, we could be servicing 1,000 consumers form the very beginning and if 1,000 people get two or three tickets each, that could be thousands of seats handed out in the first few seconds or half-a-minute," Pike said.
The first step for hackers wanting to bypass the limitations on ticket sales is defeating the "captcha," which stands for "completely automated public Turing test to tell computers and humans apart." That's the little box on websites where you have to type in a phrase that supposedly can be recognized only by humans and so is meant to block computer-generated responses.
However, captchas can be defeated, and Purita said that allows hackers to automate ticket purchases, masquerading as many buyers with different credit card numbers and mailing addresses.
"You want a ticket for the show, you are at the website within five minutes of it opening, and you'd expect to get a ticket," he said. "But they have found a way to blow through it and get as many tickets as they want, and there are none left for anyone else."
One computer can deliver multiple requests, each one ordering the maximum number of tickets available for individuals. The hackers also easily block or spoof the IP (Internet protocol) address of the computer making the requests.
Purita said hackers are adept at disguising their identity and other distinguishing information such as postal addresses.
"They use different addresses, different credit cards and different identities, but it is one person manipulating it."
Pike said while he doesn't want to tip off hackers to all the measures the company takes to try to thwart their methods, the company has taken both legal measures and other strategies that have slowed the hackers down. "We increase their costs and decrease their ability to get any real edge against anybody else," he said. "It is definitely a cat-and-mouse game. There's a lot of money in tickets, so we do attract some ingenious people."
Pike said the captcha is the first line of defence, and if that succeeds, hackers are reduced to hiring people in Third World countries to type in the captcha. Or they can hire people in a phone room here to make the calls, which raises their cost of doing business.
"If they are hiring 20 people, they will be able to get 20 people's worth, but shouldn't be able to get 1,000 people's worth."

UGH yeah thats fucking disgusting. I hate that they try to justify it as well. I'd love artists to try to take a bit more control over ticket sales... the fanclub presales worked great back in the day. Id much rather cough up 40-50 extra dollars than 1100!!

This is what ticketmaster should REALLY do.
Tickets can only be picked up on the day of the concert.
This will cut back on scalping by a huge amount
For the x&y tour I was lucky enough to get presale tickets from the coldplay fanclub...I ended up row 22 on the floor! I don't know what happened to the floor seats this morning, but at 10 they were all gone!
Quick question...I was able to get section 104 row 22, and was wondering how good these seats are. Coldplay in concert is amazing, but I'm a bit concerned about the seats!
Krystyna
15-03-2009, 01:16 AM
judging by the seating chart the seat you have will be absolutely amazing, m81. Just as good as being row 22 on the floor id say except with a better view since youll be elevated a bit above the people infront of you. :)

Well to re-assure all of you, Row 1 goes to real fans. Coldplay make sure of that. They buy them for every concert, then give them to rodies to go around and upgrade people, real fans. Based on trivia questions.
Next someone said I hade seats in the 100s, GM Place has their seats labled like that.
Acer arena is slightly larger then GM Place as well. Any lower bowl seat is better then my Saturday seats. Against the back wall! Nearly as far as you can get!
Im also to parinoid about my seats as well. Section 106 is good right? Also I think the B-Stage is shorter then I thought...still Im happy with them, as I should be?

I saw A-ha at Expo 86 and Byran Adams in Osoyoos (Dessert Festival) in 1992. I am a few years older than Gwenyth Paltrow, but I feel like a giddy teenager over going to see Coldplay!!!!!
I bought reserved parking at GM for June 21 (sunday), as I'm going by myself and don't want to take the skytrain by myself at 11:00 at night. If anyone wants to carpool from Maple Ridge/ Poco and such let me know. The parking is costing me $22 plus services charges, so you could chip in a few dollars. I have 4 extra seatbelts (the middle one for a smaller person).

I'm curious to know who got pairs (or more than 2 together) on the floor. From all I've seen from people and a furious 2 hours during the presale and public sale (continually trying both shows) it seems that nobody got anything in the first 20 rows on the floor. It seems to me that people even had trouble getting seats in the close sections on the sides of the arena (104-108 and 115-118).
I ended up with a pair for Sunday night in sec 109.
Just how many great tickets did these computer programs get?
Malcolm-Edge

lots. But I havent seen to much online, not in the way of great seats.
I got some good seats for Sunday. So did my brother, he got 109. Friends of mine got 111. So I think I have the best seats of anyone I know.

Nice find kaybee!!!
The day tickets went on sale i managed to get a pair of tickets for sec 106 row 11!!! I've read quite a few of you are sitting around there! I hope I'll have a good view and it won't be too far. :(

So I was on ticketmaster checking what tickets were still available for the shows, like I usually do..
When all of a sudden floor tickets popped up! ..and really good ones at that
So I've now wound up with a 7th row ticket for the Sunday show. So excited! (Who cares if I'm a loner haha).
If anyone wants better tickets, now is the time.. Thanks ticketmaster for finally releasing decent tickets.

they start at 1 from the left hand side
if you look really closely, it says across the boxes of seats the seat numbers
for example, the bottom left section are seats 1-14, etc

I dont remember GM place being so huge, but how many seats are there per row in the sections? Im seat 1, but youre 100 something? :stunned: I wish there was a more detailed seating chart so I could understand better where Im sitting.
It's the way the sections are split apparently. The aisle goes right through the middle of the section, and it says the aisle seats are 1 and 101. Now, I'm just trying to figure out which way the numbers go for each part... Does anyone remember who has been to a show here before? I think it's weird how it's set up. I don't understand why they didn't just have the aisles between the sections like most venues, rather down the center of them.

I'll be right lined up with the front of the stage where the catwalk starts :) I just hope the people sitting next to me are nice since i'm right smack in the middle between two aisles, ha!

Hello Kevin,
We will not be able to give you a definite answer until 2 days before the show, we will have instructions from the tour staff at that time. As all tours are different the policy changes from show to show. Please call us at 604-899-7400.

I don't mind paying that much. If I'm travelling all that way, my tickets had better be kick ass. I don't have a ticketron near me or any way to get tickets other than the internet. I could get some off ebay cheaper but it's a risk. I was 5th row in Ottawa and I walked over to the catwalk and had Chris inches from me...he even tripped over my hand at the end of one song. Being that close is worth it to me. I wouldn't spend that money on any other group though.

For those of you that are driving down there, where are you guys going to park? Originally, me and two others were going to take the Skytrain down there but our plans got changed and now we're driving. I've been downtown a quite a few times before and seen public pay parking around but they seem to be a ways from GM Place. We're probably going to have a light dinner before the concert too, so once again, I'm not sure where parking would be best.

The closer the venue to more you pay. I believe Costco has event parking. There is event parking on the old Indy Track.
I always park up the road by the Queen E. Its not to long of a walk. Plus it not like youre gonna get mugged with 20,000 people around. There is also Library Parking, random lots everywhere.

No, it's actually lined up with the front of the stage. It's the border between section 104 and section 105. Section 103 is behind the stage, most of section 104 is the side of the stage. I had a similar ticket at the Houston show last year, and as you can see from my avatar, that's Chris on the B-Stage catwalk and the Houston Chronicle snapped me snapping him, ha! I was not that impressed with last nights show. The ottawa concert was much better. They run off songs so fast, it was over before you knew it. He didn't talk much and didn't use the runways much either. I love coldplay and would have been happy just watching him sit on stage but i thought he lacked energy....probably exhausted..... I love them anyways and will be at the show tonight. I have amazing pics and video...will share it once it's downloaded. Just a warning...if you are on the floor close to stage...security is strict!! No going to the side of the stage. They are filming the 2 nights for a video.

I agree with you in the fact that the concert is very quick, it's less than two hours long and I sometimes think that they are trying to just get the thing over with. :bigcry:
I am also so upset that they did not change the setlist for none of the shows during this leg of the tour. Nothing from Parachutes, A Rush Of Blood..., nor X&Y. I also did a poster in my show and asked them to play Moses, and they didn't care... :bigcry:

The only song that was noticeably fast for me was Yellow. The others were a little bit faster but nothing to bad.
It was an amazing show overall. Snow Patrol kicked ass, Howling Bells were okay, nothing amazing though.
Looking forward to tonight. By the way anyone who has section 111, you are in luck.

So we AREN'T getting a Vancouver DVD after all! Either Chris was announcing wrongly yesterday or the tweeters got it wrong.

I hope so! I would love anothere Live DVD release.... I was freaking when I first saw they were filming the Vancouver shows since I was SUPPOSED to be at the show tonight, but thanks to work, my business trip was cancelled :veryangry2: It would suck knowing I also would have missed out being in the audience of the filmed show!!!

If all they wanted was footage, their camera guys could record that. But they have now filmed with pro cameras Chicago and Vancouver both shows over 2 nights with notices posted that shows are being filmed. That's got to be more than just for the archives. It can't exactly be cheap to do this.

Just got back. Chris mentioned specifically that the filming was for a concert DVD several times tonight, last night I wasn't so sure I heard the word 'DVD' but tonight I definitely did.
Who knows if it's for release or not. It could be that they don't want to announce a DVD that will be for purchase in the future? Or perhaps it really is just something for the bunch of them to watch in the future. But, he definitely called it a concert DVD whether that means it will be released...who knows.
Another fantastic show, I'm just terribly sad now that it's all over. Back to reality...*sigh*
The energy in the floor area looked amazing, so good job folks seated there. My row in 106 were a bunch of fuckin' lamos though(not all of 106). They didn't know songs other than the hits, and even sat down INBETWEEN songs. So, they had to be CONVINCED to stand again, ugh. Most of the time they did end up standing again, but it was irritating to watch. One guy near me kept getting up and leaving and coming back to do I don't know what, since he never came back with anything (beer, food, etc). Having him walk infront of me constantly while I was into some moment and having a blast was just irritating. But other than the few lame people who were around me the crowd looked energetic like last night, and maybe even more so in certain parts.
I had a way better view of all the action in 106 than on the floor where i had to stand on my tippy toes, but again, just a bit jealous of how everyone was letting loose down there, while I was one of the few people dancing all crazy where I was. I was glad I got to see the full extent of Chris's dance moves tonight. :D He really couldn't be more cute with all that, really I don't understand reviews that say he needs to do less "rockstar posturing" and leaping around...it's clear he's just having fun and I think it helps get the audience into it.
Setlist the same as last night. Some of Chris's banter and antics were different, some the same. Chris put on the dragon costumey thing during one song, think I got a picture of it. :D
Chris has us sing that last bit of yellow, the "ooooow" part for Guy and inserted comments about Guy being handsome in the last line. Guy looked cute and shy being put in the spotlight like that hehe.
Saw someone with a sign that said "Chris are you having a laugh" and lol'd in rl. :D
Maybe today my hearing has been broken in by last night's concert, but tonight sounded somehow clearer to me and Chris's voice sounded better. Could very well have been my imagination or me remembering wrong.
I have some pics and videos from tonight, but my camera battery died during LiT II so I'll look through them tomorrow to see if anything is worth posting. :)
Oh talked to a security guard who was checking people's tickets in my section (i was one of the first people in), and he said he'd just met Chris and that he had been playing ping-pong, and was a completely down to earth, friendly guy.
Wondering if a career as a security guard for GM place is my true calling in life now. :p

Just got back. Best Concert of my life! Me and the girlfriend decided to go early. She was pouting before the Howling Bells, jokingly of course! Then a guy in a Viva Golf shirt comes up and talks to us. Gives her a Viva La Vida pick. I talked to him, I asked if he was Roadie 42 and he said no. He then told us he was the video manager, his name was Andy! Said they were just filming for Archives, but Chris said a lot that they were filming for a DVD. I asked him if Phil was here and unfortunately he went home a day ago.
So we sit through Howling Bells and afterward I look over, and Andy is on his way, says "Chris just sent me with these. His thanks to you guys for being such great fans have fun!" He handed us two tickets Row 4 right on Jonnys ramp! Life could not get any better.
Snow Patrol come out and well I go crazy as they are my third favorite band. I got a few looks from the Bassist and A thumbs up from Gary. It just keeps getting better ad better!
Then Coldplay come on. Blast through there set which was better then Last night, better audience! A few point i am inches from Martin and Jonny. All night though they just ignored us fans at the side. Until Lovers In Japan, having fun with the butterflies then Chris gets his good old Parisol, dances with it and when he is done, looks right at me smiles hands it to me! I turn and give it to my girlfriend, every girl just started screaming. She was so happy!
To top it all off, the security guard gave me a setlist. Its a photocopy from Winnipeg, and really worn, but I got everything I could ever hope for. Coldplaying karma does pay off. This has been the best experience of my life!
If you read this, amazing guys!

Just got back right now. Amazing concert. Setlist was same as last nights.
We had pretty good seats, but when they came down to the B-stage, we were able to move right up to the stage and stand there so that was pretty cool. I was able to see Chris' beads of sweat all over his face. It was amazing :D.Got some very good shots of the boys.
I think I saw Roadie#42, but he ignored me when I called him. :P Chris put on a chinese dragon costume during Lovers in Japan and then whipped out the umbrella near the end. All of them seemed very energetic. Guy looked at me for about 5-7 seconds and I nearly fainted. I got a video from about every song. The cell phone wave was really cool. Crowd was really loud.
Chris ran straight to his car with his sweaty clothes on and everything. ( the security guard told me ). We were waiting outside for Will and Guy for a long time. I saw them quickly rush to their car while everyone was standing on the opposite side.
Alright, I think thats it. It was an incredible show! That's not the best review but it 1 AM and I have to wake up in 5 hours. Goodnight everyone!
Oh and about the DVD thing. Chris mentioned it several times and at one point we had a camera man standing right in front of us. He turned around and filmed all of us in the section.
Now I'm not sure if it's being released a a live DVD so we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

YouTube - Coldplay, SP, HB 086
I'd have recorded longer videos, but my camera was showing me the Low Battery sign 5 pictures into Snow Patrol, so I was paranoid and wanted it to last to the end. (it finally died during LiT II!)

OMG. BEST CONCERT EVER!!!!!
I went by myself last night, but I didn't let that stop me from having a lot of fun. I was on the floor, row 11, seat 8 - right at the corner of the Jonny ramp. So every time Chris or Jonny walked down the ramp, I was able to just step out a bit to take a photo. A few times however, I was tripping over when other people in my row wanted to get to the stage. I was the tall woman in the blue t-shirt. This time, I arrived just as Howling bells were starting. They did a good job with the energy, considering there were still a lot of empty seats at this point. Then snow patrol - awesome - the guitarist kept smiling at the audience. The people arriving next to me said they just bought their tickets that morning on ticket master. I was having problems with my camera, but got a few good shots. The security guard near me was very strict about not letting people take videos. I think it was during VivaLaVida when I was within a few feet of Chris:wink3:. When yellow came on, I was having more fun playing with the balloons than watching the band. When LIT II came on, It was like heaven having all of those butterflies fall on me:) But I think my favourite parts where when Chris was at the piano. I saw one person getting a set list, so I immediately went over and asked for one too. It is from Winnepeg. What a truly amazing night - set list, butterflies, CD, program, Oxfam flyer, inches away from Chris and Jonny, balloon popping near me - and to make it a perfect night, got home quickly over the new Golden Ears Bridge!!:P I will post pics later.

Congrats Malcolm on the umbrella and the upgrade. I didn't see Chris giving it away - I must have been looking away - a lot of things happened to quickly.
When I was driving out of the parkade, I drove right by Coldplay's bio-diesel trucks. They had their lights on/engines warming up. I wanted to stop and take a picture, but didn't have room to pull over.
The big white limo parked outside the venue - I saw it driving beside me on Quebec street, and then I noticed it again beside me on #1 after PortMannBridge, then it pulled of at the 176(?) US border exit. Do they ride in limos or less obvious vehicles?
My ears and throat hurt now.

lol YIKES. i didn't even get my purse checked by security going in and had absolutely no problem when I whipped out my camera before the show right infront of security and did a few test shots. And it's not like you had some big huge professional camera either, so thats a bit weird.
I use a Sony W210.
i messed around with the settings to get it right
out of the 400 photos i took, 200 are blurry lol, and some are just not good
Awesome, can't wait to see them. :D
:( photobucket doesnt work for me. It keeps logging me out.
wow this is stupid.
i am just going to create a second flickr account
Yes, create a second one, Flickr is great.
OR try imageshack.us, it's also great, & doesn't reduce the pic size.

Concert was amazing last night. Took like 500 pics. I saw you kaybee. And you're right that ONE security guy was such a prick. He was the only one really hounding at people. I swear the other security guards were just enjoying the concert. My friend was using a pro camera and security didn't care, they told her not to use it when they were playing on the b-stage b/c of the flash but she can use it later.

that's so cool! I think I may have seen you with your gal, you two are a youngish bunch right? I was lined up outside gate 10 before the doors opened if you were there waiting.
Yeah, that would be us. I gave my tickets to some other friends there. So a few people got upgraded with one ticket :P

The Sunday concert was amazing!!! I was further back but had less trouble with the security than on Sat. Altho, I met 2 security on Saturday who let me switch seats and sit right at the end of the Johnny runway...until the people showed up to their seats!! Shit...had to go back to row 10 but got great video and pictures. Turned out for the best...the videos are awesome. Sunday we were floor at the very back but they let us walk up to row 20...okay I snuck up there. But they didn't hassle me.

ok, so, my dad thinks that there are absolutely no cameras allowed at coldplay concerts (we've never been to one) is this true? i know its random, but i kinda need to know!!
i know the answer seems obvious since there are so many concert pics, but i need re-assurance =)

I think Coldplay dont mind fan pics one bit, but I really think it might depend on the venue. Your best bet might be asking a friend who's seen a show at the venue if they remember people whipping out their cameras.
Maybe security does get a bit of a word from the artists about cameras though, because I've been to shows at certain venues where there was like a zero tolerance policy for cameras, then the next show there they didn't care.
Depends a bit on which security guard you're next to too, if theyre feeling particularly power-trippy they may try to limit camera use, but none of the ones in my section cared one bit about cameras.

(The security guards on the floor didnt care how many photos we took, but they didnt let us make videos.)
The security guys were super strict about video but one told me to just hold it close to me so the others didn't see. I took 10 gigs of video.
Bring your camera to the show. They seem to let them in at all the concerts I've seen.

The concert on Saturday was my first concert I've ever been too, sadly I didn't have a camera :(
But my friend had like a 5mp camera and got a couple decent shots but nothing worthy of being posted :P

Thank you so much to everyone who posted videos and pictures of the show! Thanks for the great memories!
I had a great time! I've seen Coldplay 4 times now and that was definitely the best Coldplay concert yet, not to mention the best concert ever! (and trust me, I've been to a LOT of concerts)
And thanks to Coldplay, the crew and everyone involved (right up to the people who were responsible for the fluttering butterfly confetti) for making it such a memorable night for all of us!
It seems as they get better and better, my concert seats gets crappier and crappier lol, but hey it was amazing from any seat in the house! And I'm glad to see that some true fans got the 'brolly', set lists, guitar pics etc.
I hope there's a DVD we can buy later.
