For every show I've ever bought for, pre-sale is no more than 4 tickets per customer.

My show goes up tomorrow, but with all the pre-sales its almost a general public sale...Im scared.

Some shows are listing presales and some don't. I got a better offer in Houston using a radio station presale code so check the local radio station's web sites for codes.

Tickets are from LiveNation (http://www.livenation.com/artist/coldplay-tickets) some with pre-sales, some not. The Camden one doesn't seem to have one:\
(also, I totally missed that there was a NJ date, since on coldplay.com it listed it as PA and that's all I looked at:dozey:; but anyway, Camden scares me<wuss>, so I'm going for the Hartford one)

I just tried plugging in STRINGS as password for one of the Canadian shows, and it worked:stunned:. Which means it's that easy to enter presale, which doesn't make it exclusive at all....
so presale is basically general sale:rolleyes:.

When you go to livenation there is a section when you want to look for seats that says 'promotion code' and then there is a drop down list of choices. Sometimes the choice says 'ticketrush presale'. Is this something in general everyone is supposed to use and then put in the STRINGS password or is it something all together different? I just didn't want to get seats using this and then pay and get to some window asking for a valid code and I don't have one. Anyone used this?

I don't know. The venue I am at is Darien Lake Performing Arts Center, Buffalo NY and I went on and got the Reserved Sec 1 tickets. It picked where my seats were. The Venue is pretty small, only goes to sec 500.

I've never done pre-sale before. So, I don't know. I am pretty happy.
