V-Festival on TV

According to coldplay.com the V-Festival will be broadcasted between ITV1 and ITV2. The ITV2 shows will transmit as live on the 16th and 17th Aug from 10.30pm and the ITV1 shows from midnight on 16th and 17th Aug.
There will also be 2 x 30 minute shows on ITV1 on the 30th August and the 6th September straight after CD:UK.

And now, ignorant Noni asks: ITV is a digital channel? Anybody can see it on England? And what is CD:UK?
And the most important: anybody will be tape it? Pleeeeeeeeeeease...
Or maybe just sound? If somebody could get it, it would be awesome!!!
