Well, sometimes the lyrics really are written about some event or experience, but written vaguely. So, to the songwriter, they may not be entirely subjective, but naturally after some revision and reflection, become more so.. Still, there are often clear hints at certain things; some political, and others personal. But to each one of us, they have the meaning we ascribe to them, and become mystified by time as well..
