I wonder how they'll play this song live.....it's almost 100% electronic.

Is it? I've listened to it several times and I dont hear any electronics at all (or maybe I'm deaf, the previews did say this was an electronic song )
There'll definately be the standard line-up, Jonny on guitar, Chris on piano/vocals, Will on Drums and Guy on Bass. As for handclaps - audience participation?
I think Viva la Vida would be the hardest to replicate live, and we've seen that anyway.

There are definitely some synths in the background, but CoL is not nearly as electronic as I expected. Its got the same amount of synths as Speed of Sound, and that one turned out great performed live. This one shouldn't be all that hard to replicate.

pretty effing simple, if you ask me...get the audience to do the hand-claps,lol!!
In all seriousness though, I'm sure they'll have to use some drum loops live, although they could get away without them. Who cares? It's gonna be f**ing AMAZIG live!!!

Have the audiences been singing the "singing ah la la la la la aye!" part? That would sound really cool.

A lot of there older songs have a lot more electronic stuff in them than Cemeteries of London... So I'm sure they can pull it off just fine! :)

i wonder how many time will it take for normal audience to learn all the lirycs to sing on with the band together through the song .. it will be awesome the thing i like most of all in album is that all the songs can be perfectly performed in Live ;)

I would be pretty upset if they don't add this to their set at some point on this tour (hopefully when I am seeing them).

It's not that electronic is it? The beat is just Will's snare and bass drum and some communal hand clapping.

The only complaint I have about the show in Hartford is Coldplay not playing this song! I know they haven't played it in any of the gigs so far, but I hoped they would. I love it so much.

This song should open the show. I see LiT and CoL as one song. Violet hill should be later on.
They need this song live! Its The BEST ONE!

I can't believe they've not played this yet - the "la la la" is such an obvious crowd singalong.
I hope they read this, it would be criminal not to play it live because:

it's the fans second favourite song

Yeah, it's a piece of piss to play live. There no electronic beat.
I don't mind if live songs sound slightyl different from the Album version - in fact, I prefer it.
They need to gid rid of all (or a lot of) the backing that they use - it cheapens the performance.
Eh Steve!

Yes! Well, at least they did in Oklahoma City and it was spine-tingling to hear a crowded arena full of people singing "singing La la la la la la leeeeeeeey!"
