Just give him a link to the sendspace website:

All he has to do is click on the Browse button, next to where it says "Select File (up to 300MB)", choose the song to upload, check the "terms of service" agreement box, and click upload. Then it should supply the link.

I mean, if he can upload a video to youtube, then he really has no excuse.

Lovers in Japan is a great song. That is the first time I have heard it. The first part reminds me of parachutes and I like how they used the second half of the song to tell the rest of the story by just using their music.
