see pictures: Coldplay at scene
This evening acts Coldplay for a fullsatt Oslo Range. A a little admonition about that all big bandage begin in a small way.
For accurate eight year afterwards put I on the a little kafeen Teddy's in Brugata and talked along with Chris Martin. Coldplay owned exactly terminated her first concert in Oslo, on the a little club So What, as a matter of gitaristen John Buckland stayed ill. As they arrived back a few month's afterwards do be about they gamble on it a little club John Dee, but the interest stayed in the meantime been bumper enough at that they displaceed be up to Rockefeller. It was nevertheless no matter bigger insurrection than that plateselskapet Emission agents put and called around at her bearings at fredagskvelden, and was wondering about facts no matter stayed more as be able suppose a tour in concert with.
Bunch was handing out a own EP at this concert, along with her it corridor five mainly knew singing: «Trouble», «Shiver», «Sparks», «Yellow» and «Everything's Not Lost». Last-mentioned became for the opportunity introduced as «Hunting High Duck Low», a at Chris Martins big favorittsanger. Their Norwegian audience grasped no matter request about to sing along with saw awfully earnest, but a at them as pat after apiece låt stayed Bertine Zetlitz.
– I saw Coldplay at Rockefeller. There getting I awfully inspiration at how uncompromising they be bound to be feel as they acts for people. They be bound to never doubt that that facts they do is it dashing as is available, said Bertine Zetliz afterwards at Dagsavisen.
Coldplay owned first donated edged a does not sing for own arithmetic, saw another at a a little autonomous plateselskap, and now a album at a at world's greatest company.
– We weren't was ejecting at the deep, people getting hear about us by degrees, and arrived at concerts our as a matter of they likes music – no matter as a matter of they had gotten us burden up in trynet at a few, deemed Chris Martin. He deemed that fallhøyden indeed stayed bumper enough so debutplata owned been obtained. «Coldplay goes bonanza in appear some time framover», sto facts for instance here in canard. This am now eight year afterwards.
Concert in Oslo Range became sold out at a drøy concurrent. Coldplay has sold 40 millions disk's. Chris Martin am gift along with Gwyneth Paltrow, and has been am a framstående advocate in action for a additional a fair way verdenshandel. He co-operate along with Jay-Z and Kanye West. It serious canard In spite of the fact that Guardian reported 1. April that he do be about brew freshly kampsang for facts konservative party in Great Britain 1. April, consequently.
Rate of stocks in plateselskapet EMI am now antipode dependent at Coldplays accomplishments – We'll certainly that appointed do be about keep the jobs her, but our first consideration be bound to be feel at 16-åringene as do be about auscultate us, no matter at the shareholders as never shall to auscultate us, said Chris Martin at canard USA Today a prior issue at album «Viva Allow Vida» in our. – As shall was making it previous plata became we distrahert at rate of stocks and investor. We became awfully big, but felt us a bit a little. Now shall we distansere us at anything but to amend peoples' leisure or interval in badekaret, deemed he. It new plata am produced at Brian Eno, as was leasing in a hypnotize to amend accomplishment. We able well also say that audience fell in spell above accomplishment. «Viva Allow Vida» am acescent the year's mainly sold disk's. A absolutely freshly EP shall Christmas, and a new album already next year.
We ask us along with plateselskapet about Chris Martin be able suppose another chat at Teddy's connection with eve Oslobesøk, but it was certainly arduous As be bound to we instead herself attempt to define how they have done all this. We able afresh date from the notification at «Parachutes» in 2000:
«Selv about Coldplay lydmessig no matter differ her appreciable edged at it big bulge at newer British rock have the singing as am lean enough at to a few attention Singing Chris Martin beats certainly above in an sensitive the seam as he narrator that he no matter getting enough attention, that he no matter getting sleep or affirm that he no matter deemed to construct difficulties
Coldplay has clearly to afford audience a emotion at that easier and catchy popmelodier also able betoken any additional. They have ache fell for allurement at to consumes her new rang at to be awfully awkward, or become awfully crazily. As facts sto in Dagsavisens advice at «Viva Allow Vida» in our:
«Det am imposing how they cope to sound giant un become more than becoming pompøse. Coldplay do this bigger and better than the competitors, merely. Saw easily after arduous am det».

Varme sanger for kalde dager
(9 kommentarer)
GEIR RAKVAAG 19. september 2008 08:03
REALISTISK ROCK
– Å, kom an?

Ardour singing for appoint days
Coldplay have got to abandon her concert in Oslo Sunday because disease. Half of at the greatest new the band in British rock this year stayed nevertheless in city yesterday to convince us about that they comes loud back.
GEIR RAKVAAG 19. september 2008 0803:
Coldplay stepped direct to head tax at salgslistene in Great Britain last summer as old folk edged debutalbumet «Parachutes». Along with her the melancholy tuneful singing became they compared to both Trot out and Radiohead, but aren't only ardent for they big collateral.
– This arrived already as we only owned donated edged a couple of does not sing, but afterwards we acts gitarrock in a established the formats savage we well become sammenliket along with all them as am mainly known for famous for such at all times. And we have certainly a good many British bandage as makes a sjelfulle singing about følelseslivet, say singing Chris Martin and trommeslageren Will Champion.
HARD-HEADED ROCK
Coldplay acquiesce her at present between them a good many framtredene rockeband as makes a singing as sense of hearing more than a little bleak edged, although they begin plata along with «Dont’ Panic and proclaim «we live set on finish beautiful world».
– We're hard-headed, say Chris Martin, and considers that such has rocken been afterwards Bob Dylan and John Lennon.
– Life can be both be comfortable and bad, that won't do an to circle along with only a emotion all along. Facts concerns to hit it address the balance. And all aren't always saw evident, only hør Lou Reeds «Pefect Day» as shop at about this fantastic day, but as am awfully dismal and the melancholy of which you hear at melody and arrangements. Singing am more than only text. Coldplay has stepped it lean, ancient autobahn along with first to give out a does not sing for own arithmetic herself, saw a freshly at a a little autonomous plateselskap, and now a album at a at world's greatest company.
– That means that development has been artless. We weren't was ejecting at the deep, people getting hear about us by degrees, and arrived at concerts our as a matter of they likes music – no matter as a matter of they had gotten us burden up in trynet at a few, considers bunch, as considers that fallhøyden nevertheless has been bumper enough so debutplata was received last summer.
NEITHER Award
In addition to sales success stayed «Parachutes» a at 12 album as became nominal at that prestisjetunge Mercury- award for it best British plata facts lastly the year They have got to however give in for Badly Drawn Boy under apportionment in previous week, but fancy certainly no matter it was saw danger.
– We would not come out the winner.
– To, arrived an?
– Certainly, may just before winner became interjection, but that is not saw danger saw long we stayed nominal. Translated Article:
http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/gallery/data/1177/91047.jpg
In evening play Coldplay for a full set Oslo Spektrum. A small reminder that all great bands start young.
For exactly eight years ago, I sat at the small cafe Teddy’s in Brugata and talked with Chris Martin. Coldplay had just canceled her first concert in Oslo, on the small club So What, because guitarist John Buckland was sick. When they came back a few months later would they play on the small club John Dee, but the interest was in the meantime been large enough that they moved up to Rockefeller. It was not greater stir than that plateselskapet EMIs representatives set and called around to their relations on the Dance, and was wondering if there were more who would turn on a concert. The group issued its own EP from this concert, with his then five best-known songs, “Trouble”, “Shiver”, “Sparks,” “Yellow” and “Everything’s Not Lost.” The latter was introduced for the occasion as “Hunting High And Low”, one of Chris Martin’s store favorite songs. Their Norwegian audience did not call for singing with very serious, but one of them as klappet after each song was Bob Zetlitz.
- I saw Coldplay at Rockefeller. There, I got very inspiration on how you have to be uncompromising when playing for people. We must never doubt that what you do is the finest in existence, “said Bob Zetliz later to the day.
Coldplay had initially released a single for its own account, so a new on a small independent label, and now an album on one of the world’s largest companies.
- We were not kicked out of the depths, people got to hear about us gradually, and came to our concerts because they like the music - not because they had us printed in a face of someone, “said Chris Martin. He believed that the fall height certainly was big enough to debut album had been received. “Coldplay are good times in the face for a while to come,” it was like here in the papers. This is now eight years ago.
The concert in Oslo Spektrum was sold out in about a hour. Coldplay has sold 40 million albums. Chris Martin is married to Gwyneth Paltrow, and has become a prominent advocate in the fight for a fairer trade. He is working with Jay-Z and Kanye West. The serious newspaper The Guardian reported on 1 April that he would create new battle song for the Conservative Party in Britain. 1 April, in other words.
The stock price in EMI is now directly dependent on Coldplay’s results. – We want the employees to retain their positions, but our first consideration must be to the 16-year-olds who will listen to us, not to the shareholders who will not listen to us, “said Chris Martin to the newspaper USA Today before the release of the album “Viva La Vida” in the spring. – This will made the previous record, we were distracted by stock prices and investors. We were very large, but felt us a little small. Now we will distance us from anything but to improve people’s leisure time or time in the bath, “he said. The new album is produced by Brian Eno, who rented a hypnotist to improve. We can say that the audience fell in spells over the result. “Viva La Vida” is becoming the year’s best-selling album. A new EP coming for Christmas, and a new album already next year.
Chris Martin could imagine a new talk on Teddy’s in the evening Oslo visit, but it was a difficult. Then we must instead even try to explain how they have done all this. We can again go back to the review of “Parachutes” in 2000:
Even though Coldplay lydmessig does not make a significant out from the large mass of recent British rock, the songs are good enough to get attention. Singer Chris Martin like to turn into a sensitive falsetto while he says he does not get enough attention, that he can not sleep or bedyrer that he meant to create difficulties. “
Coldplay has managed to give the public a sense of ease and catchy pop melodies can also mean something more. They have not fallen for the temptation to use his new status to be very difficult, or very stupid. As it stood at daily newspapers review of “Viva La Vida” in the spring:
“It’s impressive how they manage to songs gigantic without being more than the pompous clothes. Coldplay make this bigger and better than the competition, simply. It is as simple and as difficult it is. “

Friday night was the British group Coldplay in the stars on stage in Oslo Spektrum.
This is the third time the band, with lead singer Chris Martin in the lead, fills the Spectrum. The concert is regarded as one of the largest in Canada this fall - and the tickets were torn away in under an hour.
Coldplay was formed in London in 1997 by Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion.
In 2000, their first album, Parachutes, launched to great joy critics. The album went straight into the 1 place in the United Kingdom, and where it was left in 33 weeks. Since it has only been one way for the band - up.
The band has sold over 30 million albums.
Get you a taste of the gig in the window at the top.

Reviews & Videos: http://webtv.tv2.no/webtv/?progId=263748
And suddenly the world’s biggest band stood five feet from our seats, on the gallery in Oslo Spektrum, and sang one of his most famous songs.
Until then had little unexpected happened to Coldplay in Oslo Spektrum. Before the end of the regular set, as they did “turn up the middle out from the crowd as street singers’ trick. And thus, suddenly stood right next to us and the song “The Scientist”. A gesture like that which is a mixture of the spontaneous and calculated, but when it works - as here - perhaps it is that separates the great bands from the mediocre.
For it is easy to make fun of Coldplay and their rock consensus - HIPT it is not, and even when they have Brian Eno as a producer can they sound like Genesis, for spring-Coldplay single “Violet Hill”, which allsang fired missile Early in the evening. Before they went through the catologue of songs that make up the permanent set during the 2008-tour. And predictability in the main party gave one more time to study, in the little boring parties, what does that Coldplay has brought them here: For a sold out Oslo Spektrum a Dance, with the year’s best-selling album in the suitcase; to the position as the world’s largest new band, with an audience that none of their hands, without the need to do much other than to stand on stage in ugly clothes and play the songs straight up and down. The secret is just so simple that there is hardly any secret: They have so many good songs that they can not take wrong, and they will not either. Bortsett fra en ting: Except one thing:
_ Oops, I ‘ve been torn holes in the pants, observed Chris Martin, the middle of the concert, when he set at the piano stool, the edge of one of the two Utstikker buyers from the stage out from the audience. It is the piano entertainer he is, in many ways, and that’s where he is genuinely strange, when he sits at the piano and cut Grimaser while he sings, and småsludrer such as potential “wardrobe malfunction” and British pale legs.
But i hope we can keep it together in the trouser department, “said Martin, and not only held the pants in place, they conducted the evening in fine style. They play at a relatively low stage,
will help to make Spectrum intimate, with the barges out among the public that they frequently run out. That the audience is so to the degree familiar with the material is perhaps the first and foremost creates cohesion that the band build on - the first beat of each song is received in unison with the recognition “wooah” bawl, and then, the band no one difficult job of to pick points. Sonically more interesting things from the fine “Viva La Vida” album, as the almost abstract noise of My Bloody Valentine-quotation “Chinese Sleep chant,” does not in Spectrum, while also doll songs like “Fix You” and “The Part hardest “would completely. That’s the difference between the plate and arena rock, and it instinctively know Coldplay.
Nozzles and “Yellow” and all of the legs with your hands in the air. And predictable as it is, is it something between band and audience that make the evening special anyway, and not just that they suddenly stand right next to us.
At the end came jommen Magne Furuholmen also on stage, introduced as “the best keyboard player in the world,” and played “Hunting High and Low” while Chris Martin song. Not this a special hip thing to do, but honest and good - and where we might Coldplay in its essence. When they hit people like this, they can continue to fill the Oslo Spektrum as often as they gidder in the foreseeable future.

Thanks so much for the video! Awesome show! The only thing I did not like was the new version of “god put a smile” and “talk”. It was a bit to technoish for my taste. However, the "slower" version of The hardest part was GENIUS. I recorded the whole thing on my camera phone but unfortunately the quality is shite. Maybe ill post it on Youtube if it’s anywhere near being descent. I’m kinda high on music now so cant write anymore, need to feed my brains with more Coldplay. Hope to se some more photos and videos!

Ok, so here goes again! I couldn’t sleep tonight, I was actually dreaming about the concert, so I woke up at 8 am. So I thought, what the hell, I’ll just write this :D.
I was the first one waiting outside at 11 am. I know, very early but damn it was worth it. We open the doors at 6.45 and I was of course the one of the first people to get in, and there was a spot right in front of the stage on the left side, so I ran towards that spot and I got it! I saw the guitar thingy that was on the floor, so I knew that Jonnyboy is going to stand right in front of me! And we all know how Chris and Jonny are!
So 19.45 – Albert and his band came on! They were kind of good, it could have been worse you know. And is it only me or does he look like Borat?! Lol, anyway they were good, and they played for like 35 minutes or something. And so we had to wait for 25-30 min again, so they could fix all the stuff before Coldplay came on. And then..
20.35 – COLDPLAY!!
LiT – Ah, when that came one I was just.. I don’t know how to describe it, but I was in a happy place. I LOVE LiT, and it was soo amazing live! And I was blown away when JONNY BUCKLAND was standing right in front of me.
Violet Hill – So good song, it was great, the guitar solo was just awesome! I love it when Chris goes all crazy.
Clocks – OMG, I was so amazed by the lazer show here, it was amazing, but the performance here was even better. I mean Clocks is ALWAYS great live, and so it was last night as well!
In My Place – Chris-going-crazy-song! Awesome, just awesome! Chris was just running all over the place, having the time of his life and singing great at the same time. As were the crowd, although the singing wasn’t that good in the crowd :P. Amazing performance.
Speed of Sound – Wow, I love SOS, but I love it even more now! And it was so freaking good, I don’t really know what to say about it! But I love SOS now very much!
Cemeteries of London – Yaaj, they played it here too! And it was, WOW!!! First time I ever heard it live (I haven’t seen any of the live videos from the other concerts), and just WOW, so great! And the La la la la la la laay’s was awesome!
Chinese Sleep Chant – I don’t actually like CSC, but last night I was just blown away by it. It was so cool, so strong, and amazing, and it was LIVE, great ,great, great! And now I officially love CSC. Wow.
42 – Oh, God 42 man! I love 42 live, and when I heard it live LIVE, I was amazed, it’s sound so difficult to play, but it was amazing, great moment. One of the songs I’ve been waiting to hear!
Fix You – Speechless, just speechless. I was seriously standing there and thinking, wow I am actually seeing and hearing Fix You live, couldn’t be better. I love it when Chris is “loading” up at the end, and his body just explodes, awesome. Amazing!
Strawberry Swing – SS WAS AWESOME! Another song, I’ve been waiting for, never heard it live so I was, gaah, blown away by this song! I the people beside me was pushing me all the time, so when this song came on, I could finally see Chris better as well, because it was a camera on the right side, so I couldn’t see him all the time.
So, now the went to the right side of the stage, damn, so I didn’t see much, but they played:
God Put A Smile Upon Your Face – before Chris started singing this song he told us that he had a whole in is pants, haha! And that he couldn’t show us his legs, because English legs are so ugly, compared to Norwegian legs. He is so funny!
Back to the song, it was kind of weird hearing GPASUYF in that kind of version, but I did like it :D. It was very catchy! Suddenly they started to play..
Talk – And that was so cool! I wish they played more of it, I love Talk! But I am just happy the played little of it, it was good.
The Hardest Part – Aww, this was so nice! The whole crowd was so quiet and for one just listened to the song, it was amazing, I’m so glad they played it, and it’s even better live than on the CD!
Postcards From Far Away – I knew right from the beginning it was this song, and t was so beautiful, I could feel my eyes almost tearing up(But they didn’t :P)! Beautiful, I hope it’s on the EP. And then the went back to the main stage and blew as away with..
Viva La Vida – OMG, VIVAAA! It was FABULOUS! When we sang the choir thing, I went crazy man, oh it was just amazing! I can’t believe how good it is live. And at the end, we continued to sing the choir again, and it was awesome! Chris just layed down on the stage and to a “backflip”, haha my friend has a great pictures of it I’m going to ask him if he can send it!
Lost! – Crazy-awesome-hip-hop-dancing-Chris! I know I’ve been saying amazing a lot, but damn this was amazing too, crazy stuff man!
They left the main stage again, and got up to the people that were sitting, so nice of them! The played..
The Scientist – THE freaking SCIENTIST! And with guitar, first time I hear that good acoustic! I was, WOW, it was just so freaking good! I got it all on video, not good quality, but it was worth it! One of the songs that I remember really good.
Death Will Never Conquer – Will, aww, he was soo good and cute! He has a really good voice man! Surprisingly , few people knew the song, kind of disappointing, but Will did a great job.
Viva La Vida(remix) – Ah, I remember every time I read that this song was on the set-list I was thought it was a stupid techno remix or something, but when I heard it, wow awesome song, everyone was singing along, and when the text came, haha we started to sing, and then it repeated itself, so everyone was suddenly singing the wrong word, haha.
Politik – The ONE song I wanted them to add the most, and they did, THANK YOU!!! I was speechless, when they began, I.. still don’t have words to it, it was WOW!
Lovers In Japan – Yaaj, butterfly confetti! LIJ was awesome, got kind of caught up trying to catch some confetti though, but it was lovely, great moment.
Death and All His Friends – When the played this I was like, crap one of the last songs! But it was so great, the last part of the song just, it took off man, amazing!
They thanked us for being with them, and then they left :(.
But, then Chris came back, yaaj! And he said that one of their favorite bands are from Norway, so they had a little treat for us and then Magne Furuholmen came on! So sweet of them to do this for us! Magne played the piano and Chris sang..
Hunting High and Low - So amazing, I think it was great that they also played a song that was their own song. Chris sang it so well, and was so cute standing on the other side and leaning on the piano while singing.
Suddenly, the whole band came one and played..
Yellow – OH MY GOD! Right before they started to play, I was screaming, THEY ARE PLAYING YELLOW! And everyone was blown away! It was soo good ,good, good! Couldn’t have been better!!
When the song was done, it was all over, the clapped and thanked us again, and left, and The Ecapist was playing as well, but it was all over, no more Coldplay.
All in all, this was surely the best day of my life. I’ve been to the most awesome footballmatches, met my favorite player and everything, one of the best days of my life as well, but music to me is something really special, as for all of you guys. And to see my favorite band live, standing just a few meters in front of me was indescribable.I can’t describe how thankful I am for getting those tickets, and I am so thankful that Coldplay even bothered to come to Norway, and set up a show like that. The show could not have been better, it was, wow.
Hope I summed it up well for you guys, I’m not that good at this kind of stuff so, but I tried!
I have some videos, as I told you I'm going to upload them and put them here!

I should try one day not to take any pics nor vids, and only enjoy.. but it's too hard :uhoh:
use a site like megaupload.com, sendspace.com, rapidshare.com
questions : is there like a huge wall between the standing area and the seats ?
I can see that on your The scientist vid.. and where was the C stage ?

There was no wall, between the standings and seats, I think!
And that was the C-stage where the played DWNQ and The Scientist.

Review from: http://heleneshome.blogspot.com/2008/09/live-coldplay.html
I am sitting here wondering to myself: "What is it with Coldplay live?"....
In 2003 I saw Coldplay live at the Quart festival in Kristiansand. I had never seen them live, and quite liked their music, so I was a bit excited. I was no huge fan, but a fan. Oh MAN! They blew me away! I was totally Coldplay-hyped for a great time after.
Now 5 years have passed and still remember that the concert was great and still have their albums and like their songs but it was back to ok. They are good, but what's all the fuzz about.. That kind of feeling. By a very lucky furn of events I got to go and see them in Oslo Spectrum tonight. I wasen't even keen enough to sit in line and wait for the tickets when they were first sold, so I wasn't that crazy about it. Since then though I have listened to the new album a lot (as you can tell from this blogg) and I really liked a lot of it. So when my friend called today and asked if I wanted to come, I said: "Yes!! Please!!".
I was feeling like a cold was coming on so I put on practical clothes and thought that I might have to sit down for time to time, so I was actually quite happy when I found out that the tickets where to seats not to stand in front of the stage. I like the new record, but not THAT much, it would be ok to sit.
So we found our seats quite high up and at the side of the stage but the good thing was that the stage was open so we could see all from the side. Excitedly we waited and tried not to fall of the seats and into the great beyond. That is steap.
Anyways, finally they came on. And my oh my.... They started the whole show playing "And den schönen blauen Donau". Just that is quite amazing. And then it all started. Dear lord.. that Chris Martin, he knows how to hold an audience going... Even though I was that far away I could almost feel his presece. He sprints around stage, talks and screams and waves and might be the only man I have ever seen (except Bono maybe) who can make 8000 clapp just by looking at them and stop... "It's nice clapping but stricktly not necissery" I don't know. It's hard to describe. There is some kind of magic. You get sucked into it. I kind of get how people can become cult members. When Chris Marting tells you to sing, you sing! I think this clip from Oslo in 2005 says a lot:
YouTube - Chris Martin Situps
During the whole Quart show, Chris actually spoke only Norwegian. It was amazing. Tonight he just kept talking about how sorry he was for not talking Norwegian, very sweet. His love of Norway at least seams genuine, though you have a sneaking suspision that he might have "other lovers" or rather "a different lover" each night. It just seams like he love the audiences and love being on stage. Even though if he said: "Ah you are the Norweigans, the great singers!".
As the concert progressed on they moved out to an "island" in the middle of the audience and did a techno version kind of thing of "God put a smile upon your face" and "Talk". Then they moved up into the seated audience and played a few songs from there. Chris saying how sorry he is for not being able to play harmonica the way he should. Sounded quite good though. He also actually showed that he is a quite good piano player. He did some wonderful classical stuff between songs.
At the end they showered the audience with confetti and by then we just keeps standing and clapping ans screaming oohohooooooooooo... ohohoooooh (As in Viva La Vida) after doing that for a few minutes Chris returned with Magne Furuholmen of A-ha explaing what a huge A-ha fan they are and Mags played piano while Chris sang. Amazing. The whole concert ended with an amazing version of Yellow. I am really glad they didn't do a lot of the old songs though and did all the more rocked one and a lot of the new ones :) I almost wanted to sing "hoooow long must she wait for iiit" when we reached the refrain of Yellow though. Those two songs must be very similar somehow.
All in all... It was amazing. The lights and show as a whole was also very very great. And the rest of the band was of course amazing to, but they are kind of just being shadowed by mister Martin. Oh, he got a big hole in his pants by the way. "You Norwegians have such nice legs, this could be fatal, you don't want to see our legs, trust me".
Sigh.

- Finfint lys-/videoshow.
- Spille tre låter ute på en av de to “utstikkerne” som et slags lite show i showet.
- Løpe over på den andre utstikkeren og hoppe og danse for å gjøre opp for skuffelsen over at forrige punkt ble gjort på andre siden.
- Konfetti.
-------------------
Leg charmer! On a good way.
Editorial noted that some of the store and the prefect match (?) Newspapers in the country is quite avmålt in relation to the Cold Plays stake in the Oslo Spektrum, Friday night. We believe that if Side2s anmelder not even manage to get to him that "has a solid interpretation of 'Hunting High and Low' was accompanied by Magne Furuholmen on the piano, no, they can also go to a party with Waschera-editors.
We dare say that very few were disappointing from the Spectrum Friday night. If so it must have been a disappointment because it was over. All public flirtation-clichés in the book were drawn up and directed in such a way that it works out that only a beating. We mention in fleng:
- Disappear from the stage to so appear on their grandstand to play a couple songs there.
- Konfetti.
- The trial in a Norwegian strofer as' thank you Canada '.
- Playing an A-ha-song.
- Get Magne Furuholmen to play piano on the A-ha-song.
- Konfetti.
- Mime Leken with the publikummerne possibly had the worst seats.
- Thank you reverently and honest (?) For the public to use gadd Dance with the band.
- Finfint lys-/videoshow.
- Playing three songs out on one of the two "Utstikker buyers" as a kind of small show in the show.
- Run over on the other utstikkeren and jump and dance to make up for the disappointment of that last point was made on the other side.
- Konfetti.
With beautiful versions of 'Fix You', 'In My Place' and 'Viva La Vida' where the audience probably sang more than Martin himself followed by ståpels-up bringing variations of 'Clock', 'Lovers in Japan' and of course, 'Yellow' as rounded the evening, then was like everything all right. One can discuss auspices, to discuss clichés, but honestly speaking - this should have been an insanely good concert signed in 9699 and the second witnessing?
We think so.

2 hours since Coldplay took the stage, yet have not the biggest Manager written as much as a small note that they have had even the concert. I can tell that Coldplay delivered the goods as to the degree. And to the Norwegian public to feel a little more special, covret Chris Martin with former Aha member Magne Furuholmen High and Low. A worthy sentence, for a very good concert!
Those who met up on the Spectrum scene last night was, among other things, hear Strawberry Swing, Violent Hill, Politik, God Put A Smile Upon Your Face, Lovers In Japan and Yellow. And as a perfect encore had Chris Martin got hold of Magne Furuholmen to implement låta High and Low. This was done as a gesture and tribute to the group Aha, because of their importance to the singer Martin.
Guy, Johnny, Will and Chris really achieve what I had come to see. I do not feel I paid a dollar for much either. For a big fan as myself, it was really fun to see the band live. My highlight was undoubtedly when the group played Lovers In Japan, where they spin the film on the large canvas on stage. So I must say that I really liked with no extra Magne Furuholmen.
The group also took the time to flirt a bit with the audience when they took a trip up on its grandstand and brought forward two songs middle among the public. Up there I think my pulse rose pretty dramatically in a few minutes!
In ca. 2 hours entertained the group met up with a good mix of old and new songs. And the only song that was lacking was the bonus track on their latest album Viva La vida, nemelig How You See The World.
The concert was absolutely to the expectations and will abide in the series of large cultural experiences.

I'm new, so, hi!
I went to the amazing, amazing, concert yesterday, and am still high on Coldplay this morning. I didn't have the best place to stand, as I didn't wait before the concert, -I stood on the side of the stage, but could see everything well, and got a bit shock when suddenly the whole band walked straight infront of me(a meter)(!) to run up and play The Scientist for the people who were seated. The concert was so detailed, -the big video balls hanging from the ceiling was perfect to focus your eyes on when you just wanted to get lost in the live music. The butterflies falling from the ceiling got everybody so excited, -it was just a bit celebration of life, I feel. And with 'Viva la Vida' I guess that's kind of their goal.
But a small question, during "Lovers in Japan" they played a video on the big "carpet" behind them named "Haiku" and it's a video haiku, kind of, with lots of clips that is carefully put together; soldiers marching, a magician from the old days, a guy blowing smoke circles out of his mouth and inhaling it through his nose. It was so well made, but I wanted to focus on the show and the band, so my question is..have any of you come across the video, or know where I could find it?
And, we got "Hunting High and Low" you guys. I went to see Coldplay when they were here in 2005 and I was blown away, but this time it was just a gazillion times better.
