There's no way in the world Muse could be better live than Travis.
This result is an absolute Travisty.

uhhmm.
I haven't seen muse live... but Travis gig was so perfect that now I'd doubt... but I guess Muse gig would be awesome too.. it's so hard to choose just one..
anyway the best live act for me is U2...

But as far as I know they didn't tour in 2007, so they wouldn't have counted - otherwise it would be possible to vote for Coldplay every year!!:P
and that's why I didn't vote for U2 of course...
and well... coldplay toured here this year :P
I saw them in February 14-15 and 16 :smug:

In that case, you should have voted for them, and they should have won the award, as they should any year they tour.;)
nahh I saw some muse gigs on video and I thought they were better... well.. Coldplay was awesome anyway... I really enjoyed these shows
and well.. next year we all know who will win the best album award :P

Muse could never outperform Coldplay because they don't have the songs that Coldplay have.;)
well.. that's really a personal opinion.. I love coldplay but since x&y was not sooo great as the another albums and they played most of x&y songs in the tour ... my vote this year is for Muse... they show is amazing.. wish I could be in the wembley shows

I want to go see Muse again!!!!! :bigcry:
Pretty good for a band whose live set is mostly pre-recorded.
They are worst than U2 for having pre-recorded sounds

Why does that bug you so much?
And as far as I know, it's not like they pre-record their guitar/bass/vocal/drum parts. It's mainly just the synth or arpeggiator in the background. Nothing major... most of it isn't pre-recorded. And when they need an extra part, they don't keep someone playing an extra guitar part under the stage or anything--they have a 4th person to help who's perfectly visible on stage.
Anyway, Muse put up quite a good show, yes. :laugh3: Saw them twice this year, wanting more!
I could've gone to see them tomorrow since they're playing their last gig for a very long time around here, but nay... :(

Lol. I voted for Coldplay because of their South American gigs, but I've never seen Muse or Travis live, so I don't have an educated opinion. (OOOOOH.....Travis live! *swoons*)

like you know how Muse live is
Muse live is the most amazing thing that I've seen... even if I really enjoyed the coldplay gigs... and also U2 was awesome and big and massive... muse was better!
