Iggy Pop closed The Other Stage on Saturday night with a typically manic performance. He jumped into the crowd during his set and had to be removed by security.

The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers wore a lurex suit for his set. The American band rounded off Saturday night's line-up on the Pyramid Stage.

Earlier, Birmingham quartet Editors appeared on the Other Stage with their more soberly dressed frontman Tom Smith.

As the party went on around them, organisers did their best to clear the mud.

But like this young music fan, most festival goers were dirty but not defeated by the conditions.

So too did elder statesman of rock Paul Weller who strutted his stuff for the delighted crowd.

The Killers performance was actually pretty good.
Brandon Flowers reminds me of Freddie Mercury, but with less campness.;)

The Killers were good but it was completely and utterly ruined by poor sound from the Pyramid Stage. Such a disappointment.
