avatar and footer picture limitations

can we please put some sort of limit on people's avatar and footer sizes, a few people recently have them so that if they post one or two lines, it takes up a whole screen! i find it very annoying, i like to be able to scan thread text quickly, not see the same damn pictures over and over!

sorry - but it annoys the hell outa me! :x

mmm... I have noticed this. There's a limitation on avatar size of 150x150 which is reasonable as it's the size of the column width. But some signatures seem to be getting wwaaaaayyy too big.

yup some are big! i think a size of 100 by 100 pixels would be big enough :shrug:
