I love Idiot! It doesn't have much of a Coldplay feel, but I think its spectacular! The first time I downloaded the song, I couldn't stop listening to it.

It has a deeper sound to it, I think. I found it has a different tone then most of their stuff, and that fact that Chris actually says "goddamn" in a song is a bit unusual. :lol:

i am not a fan of this song, needs tightening up for one

and the lyrics are a bit too samey as other songs.

plus ontop of that the copy i have is awful quality so that dont help.

i like the song..it has grown on me...I think i have the same crappy quality recording you do...at some point, you can hear someone talking..right? I am on the lookout for a better copy of that song to really decide if i like it or not.

Idiot is a CLASS song...i dunno why so many people hate it :huh: ...although, i know some people's opinions are EXACTLY the same as the band...amaingly.....somehow.. :rolleyes: (not saying that's true for people in this thread. )

I heard a version of Idiot about 2 years ago, but it was really bad quality, and it sounded awful. I dowloaded a different version of the song a couple days ago from someone who put it on rapishare and its a lot better. I like the song a lot, but its a little too long, and when chris sounds like a monster at the end with his deep voice....it just sounds weird, lol. Overall a pretty good song though.
