The Arctic Monkeys seem to be on most people's hit lists too, it's a shame. I blame their record company for letting the whole "next big thing" get out of hand. They do make music for kids though. And they're another band that NME can't get enough of, that has to be the worst music magazine out there.

First of all i would like to congratulate The Faceman on such a good thread, maybe we'll start to get the recognition we've been longing for!

I really wanted to put greenday in my top 5 worst bands but there's so many to choose from. Greenday are not and i repeat NOT punk rock. Coldplay just missed out on the top 5 worst bands as well but i thought better of it 'cause these Coldplayers don't like difference of opinion.

Well it had to happen eventually. Personally I don't think they've released anything good for 15 years. Then again I've got more of a problem with Bono rather than the band as a whole. Oh yeah, nearly forgot. The Edge is a right plum too.
