My manager is pissed at me becuase I didn't do something for him when I was closing last night that could have gotten me fired and possibly criminal charges if he stole the money. My manager who has been there for years forgot to do what he was supposed to do every night before closing and asked me the night after to lie about a couple hundred dollars in the system and if he wanted to could have stolen the money and had me blamed because I was closing and was using my log in password. I'm not putting my neck on the line for his mess up when he's a shady person, who could have stolen a lot of money and blame me for it.

Before that, he constantly lied to older customers and tricked them into signing cell phone contracts and I spoke up about that. He would change some things around on peoples accounts so they had to pay more and he'd get a higher commission check.

So I had a long chat with corporate att today, and they were very happy I called and reported the manager. Tomorrow or Monday, i'll be in contact with someone higher in the company that owns the store directly. I shouldn't get fired for being ethical.

I hope, but doubt it, the customers were not aware of this, I wasn't until he tried to show me how to do it and commit fraud. So I really don't have any hard proof of what he's done, but hopefully I'll at least get him in trouble. I should have pulled out my cell phone and put the video on while he was saying it so i could have his voice recorded. I'm also trying to find out if there is someone in the government to contact like the better business bureau.

If he has changed the amount payable, than he has opened himself up breach of contract law and the contract can be considered null and void
