I'm good, bit hot and a bit tired, yep, i sorted out my life upto a point, still looking for the right girl to come, but i have sent off some more letters to apply for some more jobs.

Oh, another one who is still looking for the right girl. ;) At the moment I also don't have luck regarding the love, but I'm still optimistic. Life is just too short to think about things which annoy you.

Hehe, it's still very hot here. Yesterday we had 39,1 degrees in Bremen. It was the hottest day in history. I guess I haven't seen rain since the last 2 months. But I like that kind of weather. Personally there's nothing better than summer.

I had a very busy week, but tomorrow I will drive to Groningen (Netherlands). :nice: Any plans for this weekend?

I don't have summer vacation Grace, although they started on Thursday here in Lower Saxony, but in August I have 2 weeks of holiday. It's as good as sure that I will fly to London again. I looked for a cheap flight and I found one. Bremen-London Luton-Bremen for only 55 €. Last December I paid 86 € I think. But I hate changing the money... :D When will you get the Euro in UK? :P

Hehe, yeah, life became more expensive here with the Euro. That was the most annoying think of it and I also liked the "Deutsche Mark". But 1 €uro was 1,95 DM, so it was very easy to handle with the new currency. Now I'm happy with the Euro. ;)

Yeah, I was so angry that life became so incredible expensive with the Euro. Today you pay 2€ for an ice-cream... 5 years ago it was 2DM! :dozey: But I still remember Silvester 2001/2002. My family and I quickly went to the next bank to get the new currency. :D We had to wait 30 minutes. ^^ And we got these "Starterkits" 2 weeks before it. :D It was like a new toy! :lol:

But I still have some Deutsche Mark notes and coins... :P

Kara, changing the currency was very easy, because you can say that 1€ is nearly 2DM. ;) I collected all different coins of all countries.

I did this course where they taught you how to cut bits out of silver with a mini- hacksaw.....it was really hard! but I got to use these polishing machines to make it all shiny and nice! They said you could make anything you wanted to, so Ive always like the surfy style and hibiscus flowers so I made that :)

We're going...uhm...everywhere! Hehe, no...well, we'll try to see as much as possible. I know, that sounds very like American/Asian-tourism, lol. And I'm usually not at all into that, but this time it just kinda has to be!
As far as we've planned things now, we're gonna visit York, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, North Wales (not sure what place exactly there...suggestions?), Cardiff, then maybe Bristol or Bath, Southampton, Brighton and then back to London (where we'll meet up with a friend and spend our last weekend there).
That's the base frame for now, we anyway want to be as spontaneous as we like, so...
Does that sound unrealistic, haha?

I havnt been to some of those places even haha (Glasgow and Liverpool)...the others, Edinburgh is lovely....York has nice ruins and shops too, North Wales- I went there on a school trip....the region of Snowdonia is lovely for walks etc... Southampton...Will-yum's hometown!! :heart: Bristol is awesome, up and coming city....Bath is beautiful(the buildings and setting). When will you be in Brighton?! I could say hi if you're around in Brighton! :D lol! and Londons just great anyway...wow...youre gonna have a nice time! :)

My weekend was great! Yesterday I was shopping in Groningen (Netherlands). Some things are cheaper there as in Germany, but not the petrol. ;) After that I went to the beach and in the evening my friends and I went to Oldenburg and drank cocktails and beer in some pubs.

Today at lunchtime I went to the beach again, because high tide was already at 2pm. It's so incredible hot and I'm getting brown. ;) I like it so much!

Maybe at the end of August I will fly to London again to spend some days there. Would be fantastic if we could meet each other, maybe together with Kara. :)

God I hate this bus! :veryangry: Last time in December my friend and I wanted to use it to drive to the airport again, but we didn't know where this f....reakin' bus would stop so we passed it 3 times. We asked so many people in hotels, in other busses but no one could help us. Later when we arrived at the airport we were the last people to check-in. :D :(

Hehe "croissants" are yummy but a bit expensive. I often eat "Brötchen" in the morning. Don't know the English word so here's a picture lol...
