Recording From TV

OK, i don't know much about all this kinda stuff, but is there any way to record stuff, say from TV or Computer onto my MP3(I'm talkin plugs or anything like that), it has an FM record and just a normal recording with a microphone sorta thing.
Any help much much appreciated. :)
