They're terrible, they might be ok if they tried to compact their song together a little better than throwing anything which sounds good (To them). No actually they'd still be terrible.

Nice guys though, met them at a tour promotion and when they asked if I was going to their show I laughed, hard. Instead of being pissed off like most ignorant bands they just shrugged and said "Heh, its ok we get that now and again." Nice guys.

Yeah the album is almost flawless from start to finish.
They title track is a bit slow but the rest just goes so well together.
"Pickin' it up' /"Middle of Nowhere"/ "Goodnight Goodnight" and heck all the other songs are perfect.

There were 2 openers. The first one came on around 7-ish, then the second around 8:30. Hot Hot Heat didn't start until about 10.

I saw Hot Hot Heat open for The Killers at the end of May. They were pretty awesome. I hadn't heard much of them and they played with more energy than The Killers. Middle of Nowhere and Bandages are my favorite.

I tivo-ed their performance on Jimmy Kimmel a few weeks ago, and it didn't sound all that great. They are excellent live, and that show didn't do them justice. :/
