APC used to be my favourite band and i like the songs blue, judith, rose, magdalena, pet, brena, the hollow, orestes, 3 libras (my favourite ballad ever!), thinking of you, gravity, weak and powerless, the noose, the outsider, a stranger, the package, ... :D :D

the only concept-album they've made is eMOTIVe.
it's bout peace, war and all that stuff...

you can also see thirteenth step as a conecpt album.
it's basically about drugs or other emotional addicts and how to get away from them. the songs are written from different perspectives (a friend, the addicted one himself, people who don't understand/wanna help)

His voice is amazing, it's so powerful and he's definitly an awesome song writer. Lateralus is probably my favorite Tool album. It's much different than what they did before it. I love that song too.

ha yeah i know what you mean though. Like in Judith, I think Maynard's voice is so powerful. But in songs like Parabol (not Parabola), is voice is chilling.

I don't like them. I borrowed 'Mer De Noms' off a friend a while back and I really liked the opening track. Yet, from then on it doesn't really do anything very different. Sticks with the same sound through most of it. Same goes for Tool. They bore me.
