I think jackson was guilty, but its very hard to convict someone rich and famous in this country.
galraedia
15-06-2005, 08:26 PM
Michael Jackson was blatently not guilty and I presonally feel sorry for everything the guy has been through! I'm far from a Jackson lover and I hardly listen to his music at all but he's increadibly talented and has more friends than most people on this message board put together. And these friends are equally as rich and so cannot like him for his money like the Arvizo family. Did any of you actually watch the trial?! The jury were HANDPICKED for intelligence and psychological fitness to make the best judgement possible! Even jackos ex-wife stood up for him and shes fighting custody for their children from him?! CAN ANYONE ELSE SEE THAT THE FUCKING COMPENSATION/SUE CULTURE IS SPIRALLING OUT OF CONTROL!!! For gods sake, if poor people want money they should get off their asses and earn it, not drain it from rich, talented people like Michael Jackson who have wierd weaknesses that can be interpreted in a "media friendly" way to make them look guilty! This isn't just a stand up I'm making for Michael Jackson, but a huge go at everyone who tries to sue for millions over trivial crap when they don't deserve it! For gods sake leave the man alone hes been through enough! Even if you don't believe physical evidence, listen to his lyrics i.e. Earth Song! No one could molester children and write that! Jesus this world is going DOOOOWN the drain, especially England and Amercia. Luckily I'm moving away from England (and not to America) I hope I never return!!! :D
MrLick
15-06-2005, 08:31 PM
just because your not convicted doesnt mean your not guilty, i believe he did it, but its just as likely taht he didnt. but just because he wasnt convicted does not mean he's innocent. and i dont think the accuser did it for money, other wise they would sue him, not try to get him in jail, now if the coming months they do sue him, then i will agree it was for the money.

galraedia
15-06-2005, 11:12 PM
just because your not convicted doesnt mean your not guilty.
Thats not what i said! My point was that my opinion is backed fully by the well respected jury who heard all of the evidence! Also Jackson doesnt need to be sued by the Arvizos for it to be about money, the whole reason it started is because the cash flow from when they were friends stopped! And then they got angry because they could no longer live the lifestyle Jackson provided them with! Bunch of scabbers! If he did it don't you think that somewhere along the line with all these many boys he has supposed to have touched there would be at least 1 shred of credible evidence which would have put him behind bars by now? I think too many people are looking for a juicy story! Still, some of the internet games about him are quite funny (lets just hope he never see them and sues!)
MrLick
15-06-2005, 11:25 PM
well respected jury? in this country as long as your rich and famous you can practically get away with anything. jury's dont mean shit when your famous. jurry are full of human being who make mistakes, and let emotions and other feeling cloud their judgement. and a jury being "respected" does not make them right. for now i dont think it was at all about money. they would have sued if it were that reason, not tried to get him sent to jail because he stopped getting him money. that makes no sense, if they were a "bunch of scabbers" they would sue not waste money on a trial, they would go for his money.
as long as your famous and rich most of the time you can get away with just about anything. when your that famous and rich jury's lots of time dont mean shit.

MICHAEL Jackson is too sick to stage a quick comeback, say pals.
They say he is in no state to resurrect his music career after beating child sex molestation charges last week.
Family friend Frank DeLio dismissed reports that Jacko, 46, was set to sign a deal to perform at a Las Vegas casino.
He said: “I don’t think he’s even prepared for that. He doesn’t even have a manager.”
But DeLio, who used to be Jacko’s manager, believes he could eventually be a success again — if he can find the energy.

The only thing that comes out of the affair with any credit is the California judicial system. Given the (lack of) evidence, as the jurors said afterwards, no other verdict was possible other than to find Wacko "not guilty". But of course none of them said they were convinced he was innocent, either....................
