you'll love'em!!! I would recommend the 1st album as well... I picked up Antics before the first TOTBL, and now I listen to the 1st more than the second...

if you like Muse.. Coldplay.. you'll love Interpol.. they're in a class by themselves... they are nothing like those bands, but Paul has such a sexy voice.. and his lyrics are amazing... :cool: the band is awesome..

yup I remember the day perfectly!!! I was listening to this radio show.. Import/Export... they air it on XFM London and here in NY on K-Rock every Sunday night at 8pm.. (Fridays on XFM) Anyhoo.. 'Slow Hands' was on the top 5 in London... and I was like... 'oh cool song...' then I heard it during the week and saw the video on the MTV Rock Countdown that weekend.. it was at that moment I decided I need to run out and pick up Antics... about 2 weeks later.. I discovered that this was their sophomore album... I ranback out to find the first and voila! I was hooked.. I think I'll have then sign my Antics cd... just because a lot of people have been doggin' this album and it is the one I discovered them with so.. :) maybe then I'll pull out my bra... :laugh3:

berry - my suggestion is to hide the camera in your crotch, thats what I do. Wear a skirt and that always works. I have always taken a camera into their shows. Although lately, its been hard to get nice shots because of all the smoke that they use on stage.

We drove into Toronto, the snow was terrible, our heat in the car quite working so we were driving with the window down so that the windows didnt fog up. I just got back from the city... they did about an hour and a half of material and may I tell you....................... it was MEGA!!!! The lights, oh the lights were amazing!! You could see their shadows on the ceiling of the auditorium... and the sound!! The sound was awesome!! Paul sounds even lovelier in person.. Carlos D dances! (in his own special way of course) he walked around the stage galiantly strumming his bass.... oh my GOD! the bass was so perfect.. I could feel it in my chair! I kid you not! And I was sitting in the mezzanine!! It was truly an 'experience'! :wink3: Daniel and his rubber legs.. he was so cute dancing around and boy can he get 'down' literally! He was on his knees!! Sam.. he rocked out hard on the drums.. he even switched it up a bit.. throwing in extra beats here and there.. ;) Before they broke for the encore.. Paul spoke to crowd for a bit.. he thanked all of us for coming out.. and said it was an honor to play for us at Radio City... the place was packed... not a single seat empty!! I think they were a bit astonished at the crowd.... because when they walked off (before the encore) Paul walked off with his arm around Sam.. and Sam with his arm around Paul... and they all gave each other a hug.. it was quite the scene! Very touching in my opinion! I know how important it is for them to play a good show.. in regards to the sound and stuff.. and it was flawless..

here's the setlist.. I didnt take any piccies.. I was too far away for my disposable to take good shots.. and the light show was so bright.. it would have never come out.. but I hope to take piccies on Thursday.. ;) *crosses fingers*
