like say you are watching a music video and you pause it on the picture that you like, how do you take a picture of it? is it that button above insert? does anyone even know what im talking about

You can do that like with the desktop screenshot, but it never fucking works for me. It just shows a black screen.

I did a few times on my work computer, by pressing Print Screen.
here at home, when I do that it gives me a black screen

Step 1: press: Alt + Prt Scrn
(the Prt Scrn button should be to the right of F12 and above the Insert button)
Step 2: open up Paint and go to Edit>Paste
voila!
